Rum Drinks Old Passion
  • 2 oz Mount Gay XO Rum
  • 1/2 oz fresh passion fruit juice
  • 1/2 oz Velvet Falernum
  • fresh ginger slices
Combine all ingredients (including ginger slices) in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a ginger slice. Dark & Stormy
  • 1 1/4 oz Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum
  • ginger beer
  • lime wedge
Fill glass with ice, add rum and fill with ginger beer. Add lime wedge to garnish. Daiquiri

  • 2 oz Mount Gay Silver Rum
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum, lime juice and simple syrup and shake well. Strain into a chilled glass. Carrot Colada
  • 1 oz Boca Loca Cachaca Rum
  • 1 1/2oz coconut water
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 halved baby carrot for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients except the garnish. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass and garnish with baby carrot.

Vodka & Gin Drinks Ginger It Up
  • 2 oz "Switchel" Cider Vodka
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • ginger ale
  • splash lemon juice
Pour in a cocktail glass and add a lemon spiral. Tito's Passion

  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz fresh sour
  • 1 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1 1/2 oz cranberry juice

  • 2 oz 360 Double Chocolate Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1/2 oz McCormick Irish Cream

  • 2 oz Cold River Gin
  • 1 oz fresh apple juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz honey
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with an apple slice. Negroni

  • 1 1/2 oz Campari
  • 1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
Add all ingredients to a old fashioned glass with ice. Stir and garnish with an orange slice.

Tequila Drinks Menage a Tres
  • 1 1/2 oz Tres Agaves Anejo
  • 1/2 oz Campari
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz agave nectar
  • Menage a Trois Pinot Noir
Shake with ice, strain into martini glass. Float 3/4 to 1 oz of Menage a Trois Pinot Noir to inner rim of glass. Paloma
  • 2 oz Milagro Silver Tequila
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz chilled club soda
Moisten the outer rim of a highball glass with a lime wedge and coat lightly with salt. Fill the glass with ice. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the tequila, grapefruit and lime juices and simple syrup; shake well. Strain into the glass, stir in the club soda and garnish with a lime wedge. Carpe Dia

  • 3/4 oz agave nectar
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 5 blackberries
  • 2 sage leaves
Muddle fruit and herbs in a shaker glass. Add other ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with a blackberry and sage sprig.

Specialty Drinks Cointreau Rickey
  • 2 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz club soda
Pour Cointreau and fresh lime juice into a glass and add ice. Top with club soda and stir. Garnish with a lime and orange zest. VIP Cocktail
  • 1 oz Remy V
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • ice
Mix, garnish with a slice of pineapple and enjoy. Sorel Sangria
  • 1 bottle Sorel
  • 1 bottle red wine (Zin, Syrah or Cab)
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 limes
  • 2 oranges
  • 3 cups Rum
  • 3 cups club soda (optional)
Chill the fruit, rum, orange juice, wine and Sorel in a pitcher. Slice the fruit into thin rounds and add to pitcher. Chill in refrigerator for two hours to develop the flavors. Before serving, lightly crush fruit rounds with a wooden spoon. If you like the fizz, add Club Soda. Garnish glasses with fruit slices, fill with ice, and serve. Flaming French Toast Shooter
  • 1 oz Hot Stuff Cinnamon Whisky
  • 1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
  • orange juice
Mix whisky and schnapps and chase with orange juice. Triple Crown Sidecar
  • 1.5 oz Triple Crown Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz orange liqueur
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
Shake with ice and strain. Sugar rim and garnish with a lemon twist.
