Sea Cucumber

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 parts HENDRICK’S NEPTUNIA GIN
• 3/4 part Fresh Lime Juice
• 3/4 Fresh Cucumber Juice
• 3/4 part St Germain
• 3 Slices Fresh Cut English Cucumber and Mint Sprig to Garnish

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.  Fine strain over ice in a rocks glass that has a Tajin® rim.
