Lemongrass Fizz

Ingredients

4 oz. lemongrass herbal tea
1.5 oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka
1 oz. Cointreau
1.5 tsp honey ginger lemon syrup
2 oz. soda water

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except soda in shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into highball over ice (preferably crushed). Top off with soda.

Honey Ginger Lemon syrup

Juice from 1 lemon
½ cup honey
1.2 cup water
4 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain through fine mesh strainer and chill.
